"Good stock overall, just missed one colour"
I found most of what I was looking for in stock, which was a nice change after checking a few other sites that didn’t have much available. The website made it easy to see what was in stock too, so I wasn’t guessing while I shopped.
The only small downside was that one colour I wanted wasn’t available, so I just went with another option. Not a big deal, and the order still went through without any issues. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Fun, but not super sturdy"
I bought a garden game set from Big Game Hunters and, umm, it was good fun to start with. The kids enjoyed it and delivery was totally fine, no issues there. But after a few uses, a couple of parts started to look a bit worn already. It’s still usable, so I’m not too unhappy, but for the price I did expect it to feel a bit tougher. Overall it’s okay, just wish the durability was better

I bought this garden game for my 6-year-old and it turned out to be a really lovely fit for his age. Younger kids might need a bit of help getting it set up, but once it was ready, it kept them happily busy for ages. The information on the site was clear too, which made choosing it nice and easy...

I bought one of the garden game sets and it was okay overall. The quality seems decent enough, though for what I paid I was kind of expecting a little more, if that makes sense. Delivery was fine too, nothing really to complain about there. It’s not bad at all, I just wouldn’t say it felt like the best value compared to some others I’d seen.

I ordered from biggamehunters.co.uk and the delivery cost was actually alright, not one of those weirdly expensive ones. It was shown clearly at checkout and the parcel turned up around when I expected it. Always nice when shipping doesn’t end up costing nearly as much as the thing you bought, lol

I ordered a climbing frame from biggamehunters.co.uk and overall I’m really happy with it. The wood feels sturdy, and once everything was tightened up properly it didn’t wobble much at all, which was my main concern with the kids climbing all over it.
The instructions could really be a bit clearer in a few spots, and it definitely took longer to put together than I expected. But safety-wise it seems good, with no sharp bits, and it feels stable on the grass. I’d use them again.

"Refund came through, just slower than I’d hoped"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I kept an eye on everything and saved the messages just to be safe, because I don’t like leaving stuff like that up in the air. It worked out, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

They did help in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but I had to chase them a bit and the replies were slow. After-sales stuff always feels like this, doesn’t it? Once the purchase is done, everything just seems to take ages.

A couple of bits were missing from the box, which was a bit annoying, but these things happen, don’t they? I got in touch and they replied really quickly, then sent the parts out with no hassle at all. They arrived a few days later and everything’s fine now. Really happy with how they dealt with it, and I’d definitely use them again.

The website was alright overall, but it felt a bit clunky for what I expected. A few pages loaded slower than they should, and it took me longer than necessary to find what I was looking for. Checkout did work in the end, so that was fine, but the whole experience could definitely be more straightforward. Not a bad site, just not the best value in terms of time and ease of use...
